DOMENICK NAPOLETANO

Domenick Napoletano was born in Brooklyn, New York, on August 31 1953.

In the summer of 1971, Mr. Napoletano interned with the Legal Aid Society Criminal Defense Division and was assigned to the Courts Youth division, where he assisted the staff attorneys in research. Mr. Napoletano received his Associates of Arts degree from Staten Island Community College where he maintained Dean’s list honor grades.

In February 1976 Mr. Napoletano received his Bachelors of Arts degree from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, majoring in Political Science and History. In the fall of 1977 Mr. Napoletano was admitted to Hofstra University School of Law from where in 1980 he received his Juris Doctorate Degree.

Upon his admission to the New York State Bar in June 1981, Mr. Napoletano opened and to date maintains his general practice of law. Domenick Napoletano has built a solid reputation for the firm while serving businesses, and individuals in a wide range of areas.

Mr. Napoletano’s accomplishments and accolades include admission to the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York and to the United States Supreme Court; Trustee of the Brooklyn Bar Association; Director of Brooklyn Bar Foundation; Board of Directors’ member of Bedford Stuyvesant Legal Services; Co-chairman of Bed-Stuy Civil Justice Foundation; Executive Board Member of the Columbian Lawyers Association of Brooklyn; Knight of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem; Member of the Cathedral Club of Brooklyn; Member of the Catholic Lawyers Guild; Member of the Torah Club. Mr. Napoletano has likewise lectured in a Continuing Legal Education course entitled the “Nuts and Bolts of Landlord Tenant Law” and has spoken on matters concerning Commercial Lease Agreements.

Mr. Napoletano's accomplishments also include such high esteemed cases such as his spearheaded class action lawsuits involving the New York City Department of Finance imposition of “vault taxes” to the protection of pet owners in the Federal class action lawsuit involving the Long Island Pet Cemetery. Domenick Napoletano has also achieved Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. show 'The Torch'. 'The Torch' has featured various Civil and Supreme Court
